CnMemory 2in1

The CnMemory 2in1 is in fact a USB stick with no memory. You can add memory by simply plugging in a SD card.

On the rear is a red led which lights up if a card is inserted and flashes when data is transferred.

Verdict

Build Quality: 60%

Our sample was a bit loose at the back and the SD card didn't fit properly. Fortunately this did not cause any problems.

SD performance: 44%

With a maximum read speed of 9.6 MB/s and a maximum write speed of 8.5 MB/s the CnMemory 2in1 is a bit slow.

Conclusion

The CnMemory 2in1 is very easy to use. Just plug in a SD card and you have a normal USB stick with the exception that it looks a bit funny with the memory card sticking out.
The performance could be a lot better. It's fast enough for standard SD cards but too slow for high speed cards.
The build quality is not that good either. The CnMemory 2in1 looks cheap, feels cheap, and actually is very cheap. It's the cheapest card reader from the test but there are much better options.
